All our chocolates are plantbased

We work with 2 dark couverture chocolates and a plantbased milk chocolate certified Vegan. A strong cocoa chocolate with subtle notes of toasted almonds.

As for the butter in the ganaches, we replace it with coconut oil.   As for the milk and fresh creams, we replace them with organic soya milk.

Almost all of our dyes are natural.

We use dyes without titanium dioxide (E171) suspected of carcinogenic effects and banned in France since January 2020.
