Our chocolates are made in a small workshop on the outskirts of Brussels.
We are equipped with 2 tempering machines, which provide anytime a tempered chocolate will give that brilliance and crunchy chocolate.

When we make coated chocolates, we add a coating machine which allows the pre-cut pralines and ganaches to be evenly covered. This coating machine consists of a coating belt on which we place the cut interiors, a coating section which distributes the chocolate, and a reception section for the coated chocolates.

Before coating, the pralinés and ganaches are cut into small regular shapes using a guitar slicer.
